In Ontario, once you get clear of the Big Smoke there are still pockets where you can tease out a deal.

Tease them a little but dont allow them to read replies past the first post page or time out the page view that goes to a read the rest page after signing up.

I'd say that SOB is just offering a bunch of teaser material...The sad truth is, up until just this year, my $97 course was the only course I could offer, so for me to do a teaser would have been not so smart...because If I was teasing, I wouldn't have had anything else to tease people into buying.Basically, what you get is me telling you everything I know about how I built a six figure wholesaling business.

I learned about how the 4 ways to win, how to use my RSA, and Flip to Myself (BRRRR in disguise), but as others said, it was just a taste and a tease to get you to want more; I can do all that on BP.   

Dev Horn - see if you can work this into some copy for a postcard for direct mail to absentee owners:"Friends teasing you about being a slum lord?"

Ned teased me constantly about buying this lien because he couldn't believe it would actually be worth considering and I tease him back about how he indirectly did help me buy this  particular lien and look, J and I struck gold!!!  

My mantra / game I play and tease people with when we discover an overpriced property is to ask: “What terms could you ask for that would make that price of his worthwhile?”
