If you layout a path it may not go the exact way the plan is laid out, but you have a target that you're aiming at getting to and a lot of the secondary decisions fall into place and are clear when you know where you are headed.Congrats on being in a great place with real estate and options!

The tried and true version is pulling a list of properties whether you're targeting distressed homes or high equity homes in which case you can pull on something like Propstream or Propwire, you can skip trace through them or someone like Prime Tracers which has a pay as you go system. 

Not if you buy 10 at just the right time to hit their sales target.

If I don't do any of these courses, any other resources someone suggests for help in getting started on arbitrage? 

@Shiloh Lundahl It is a complex strategy but if @Tyler Garza does his homework, finds local resources, and follows the laws, it is very attainable.

A handy search bar in the upper right makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

I avoid the multi-family market here, so unfortunately, I will not be a good go-to here, but I am confident you will find quality resources and help here on BP.
