Most of the ultra wealthy individuals sacrifice a lot to obtain their wealth, and I won’t make those same sacrifices.Similarly, I don’t desire to have 5% body fat because I don’t want to put in the effort required for it.I understand that ultra wealthy is subjective, but the main point stands. 

I'm seeking to be in an environment with like minded individuals to learn and network to grow my portfolio and eventually network to collaborate on larger deals once I have a better understanding of the commercial side. 

I don't understand if I count since I'm living in the property or if it's only the tenants that count towards the limit of individuals that are unrelated living together.

Without giving the individual's name, even though once it is filed it is public information, could you post the specifics they are alleging or the case number?

Well, of course it depends on the individual circumstances, the amount of time comitted and the capital available.

Many lenders won't allow you to sell or refinance the properties individually if you have these on a blanket mortgage.

If you buy 100 different properties in 2024, they are all individually able to get the ATI.

Granted, once I know you as an individual are tied to a transaction, then I can see what you have done in the past and any future transactions.

I am a highly motivated individual, however, and I'm dedicated to getting into real estate investing.
