There are plenty of services you can subscribe to to get even better data than the MLS because they give you all sales, not just sales through the MLS. 

I subscribe to many podcasts in Google play and BP is the only one with update issues. 

BP is creating Lease Agreements and other documents and providing them as a member benefit to PRO subscribers.

This would likely only come to friition and be an actual concern if the deal went south, which we don’t anticipate which is why we’re confidently moving forward with the deal.We’re fully subscribed with a waiting list!

I subscribe to several wholesaler mailing lists and recommend my buyers do too. 

However many agents subscribe to services that send them reports on the market, so they in turn can send them out to clients,  It is pretty easy to get on an agents email list..

If you find it that big of a hassle, you could always set up a google calendar for maintenance, colour code by property, and give them the option to subscribe.

yeah I have been a subscriber for a few years now, the software is so simple but the presentations look like it took hours to do, very professional looking and customizable.
