Or those that leverage bit coin at the wrong time and lost hundreds of thousands on that play.. and for sure character assassination on the internet is not going to right the ship crazy I do not work for Norada I have never met Marko.. my points are that you folks simply did not do enough due diligence up front and were blinded by the high returns and clearly did not understand the risks of unsecured notes/Junk bonds..

This translates to: they know they will make more with your money in stocks / & bonds long term.I know the allure of fixed / known income is appealing… but if you do the math I bet you will find that the historical average of the market outperforms what the insurance company is offering as the return on the annuity.

Need a new roof in a 3-5 years, you probably want to be pretty liquid (year long CD, Money Market, maybe very short term bond fund etc) for those funds.On a condo board 15 years ago, I was once able to get us into some nice CD's a decade ago that laddered with the useful life of components.
