They like getting their “mailbox money” and spreading out the capital gains over time.  

The spread/deal economics - You want to make sure the project makes sense financially.

You get ideas from two directions and you spread risk over more than one project, which is safer in the long run. 

By you all not thinking about what you are saying, this absolute nonsense spreads like a virus reinforcing the belief that because everyone regurgitates the same wrong stuff, it must be true.

I used to get irate when I would see or hear some of the things spewed by wholesalers but over the years my temper has calmed as I’ve come to realize the inaccuracies they spread are in most instances not malicious, they merely have such limited knowledge that they don’t know any better.

The actuaries realize they have too many policies in one area and the insurance companies want to reduce risk and spread risk.

Have a few people who may consider it but it would have draws on funds to complete - it would not be cheap at all as there is not a great spread

You can spread your properties across different parts of Florida, and that’s going to make it really tough for your entire portfolio to take a hit.

Outside of jeopardizing a current property I own, the spread on this can't be worth the time or energy.
