Hello Everyone - Over the past few weeks I have gotten a few complaints about people SPAMMING forum members through both PMs and email in particular.

Note: you will not recieve any spam from me only valid prospective properties of interest.Please note that you have already SPAMMED our site by posting this Ad multiple times.As John predicted, we had to edit your post, as it was nothing but an advertisement.

Our directory of CCIM Professionals in various commercial specialties is located via a link at the top of ccim dot com(unable to post direct link due to zealous spam filters at this site.)

It looks like spam that is presented by newbies trying to wholesale properties to other uninformed newbies.I would NEVER buy a property or enter into business with someone that is presenting inaccurate information in a spam.Mike

Our members just look out because many people come here SPAMMING their own businesses.
