The nicer side of me agrees that you should follow what others have said and take the advice of a good lawyer.The sarcastic side of me just sees this as another example of someone who has no idea how to manage money and ultimately I and others in society will have to pay for it...

We are a changed society in many ways since 1932.

I guess the most successful and the least successful in our society tend to hold liberal social attitudes, while those stuck in the middle tend to have more socially conservative attitudes.

With our current entitlement society, the taxpayer is required to pay for these deadbeats, putting a much larger burden on society than in the great depression.

Unfortunatly society is to dependent and babied on credit for it to happen.

As the economy worsens, I believe that you'll see more of this nonsense - especially in our whiney, entitled victim society.
