I know that there is also new condo/townhome/SFH communities in this area that are great investment.Also, Real Salt Lake professional soccer team is building their World Wide indoor soccer training facility right next to one of our Herriman communities.

@Will Chamberlin Yes, I grew up in San Rafael and actually played soccer quite a bit growing up at Pickleweed Park.

When I look for properties, I need the space to add a soccer field, whether land or a tennis court to convert, area for a park theme, space to conduct English speaking classes and after kids programs.

family life plays a big part in this thought process.think of the threads that say my sig other won't let me invest.pay check, home at 5 for dinner,  kids soccer game on sat.and make no mistake about it.. real estate is RISKY .. many people lose their butts at it.You just don't see those folks posting about it on BP.. what you see here is every one posting their success stories not their failures.. ( some do but not many) Like when their tenant trash's their rental and 5 years of cash flow went poof... or flipper lost 30k on a flip. 

I play professional soccer for the San Jose Earthquakes and as most people know the career's could be quite short so I am (like many others) looking to generate some passive income now and mainly after my career is finished.I would love to connect with some members here on BP to learn a bit more and if anyone has any tips as to starting out it would be great to hear as everyone needs some guidance at the beginning of this exciting road.As I live in California one venture I was looking to go into is acquiring a house from Elite Investment Turnkey (Chicago) as I have spoken to them a little bit and sound like a trusting and good group. 

We purchased a duplex (two 2bed/1ba units) 3 blocks from the Coliseum and new soccer stadium and our monthly mortgage payment is the same as the monthly rent we paid for our 2bed/1ba apt in Mid-Wilshire.

Hello San Diego,I just moved to the San Diego area yesterday (currently in la mesa) to play soccer for the indoor team (Sockers).

I plan to start my second book next week and hopefully have it ready to go for publication same time in 2019.I am also hosting the first ever Ultra-Marathon in Memphis on March 17th called the Big Buffalo 50.Lastly, my wife and I launched our philanthropy last year called Kids Kickin’ Cancer Soccer Club.
