Traditional bank loans can be slow and have strict requirements, while hard money and private lending seem to offer more flexibility.For those who’ve secured funding before, what’s been your experience?

Is the property just a regular-style house or something you can build an experience around?  

I personally do not have experience managing rentals.

When you finance through national lenders, in your experience, is a balloon a common requirement for commercial loans of this nature or is it possible to get a fixed rate for 30 years?  

Will it expose systemic greed, or will it shift the blame to other factors like housing shortages?
