Snohomish County experiencing an inventory shortage that rivals Kirkland and Seattle although it's less talked about since the NWMLS releases are unapologetically King County centric.

The ROI is definitely better on the TN side, but I haven't seen a view here that rivals those in Maggie! 

It has a fairly robust economy, with the exception of high tech and medical jobs, with a large shift in the last decade to being a logistics hub for So Cal due to it's central location (the major HWY arteries to the rest of the county run right through the IE) and has some of the largest concentrations of large warehouses rivaled only by New Jersey, the median income is a little below the Cal average by about $10K and about $5K higher than the national average, but, it has been growing.

Upon further research, it seems that Stockton has pretty high crime rates, rivaling that of Oakland.

Their high school athletics are even arch-rivals (Turkey Day game!).

It is even used in team sports when they go against the rival teams like the Broncos and Raiders or the Red Sox and Yankees.

Practice tests are definitely the most valuable resource in my opinion as they closely rival questions/question formats that you will see on the PSI exam.

First thing I'd say is breathe-- it was probably a drug deal gone wrong, or a rival gang, I dunno, but I doubt he's out getting people right/left just because.     

I am originally from Chicago, so Cleveland is a rival with my Bulls and Sox.
