Next Steps- Finish Exterior painting, install light/wall electrical fixtures, Install new toilets, vanities, new 3.5 ton AC. new appliances, resurface the counter top and fix.clean chimney.- Start advertising for renters.

If i took 1,300 x $10/sf I should expect to pay 13,000 to put in new carpets int he bedrooms, laminate in the living areas, paint the kitchen cabinets and put on new countertops, re-surface tub surrounds and new tile flooring in baths, replace hardware and light fixtures, and fresh paint on the walls.Now obviously that is a very wild guess.

Resurfacing and stenciling are two options to repair cracks.

Has anyone used the company Miracle Method to resurface a bathtub?

I don't intend to replace or resurface the tub at this time but this is certainly damage that goes beyond wear and tear.  

At this point it goes into government limbo only to resurface if and when title issues are resolved. 

He disappeared but then resurfaced several months later when flowers and cards mysteriously started turning up with my name on it.

For example, an asphalt contractor provided us with a today's estimate for resurfacing and a thumb nail guess as to useful life of our roads.

Roofs need to be replaces, parking lots need to be resurfaced, appliances wear out, etc....This sounds difficult but you should be able to get some help on building your model through your local agents.Good luck
