security deposit and tub chips
My tenants of 2 years recently moved out. I am not sure how to handle the bathtub chips that were not there at move in. The tub is 8 years old and there are about 6 chips. The biggest one is the size of a dime. I don't intend to replace or resurface the tub at this time but this is certainly damage that goes beyond wear and tear. I know I can buy those little repair kits at Home Depot but I understand they don't work well. My main objective here is to retain a reasonable charge for damage I cannot really adequately repair. I am in Texas. What do you all think?
