I think the idea of starting fresh financially, as soon as possible, would eliminate a lot of stress.

Be prepared to spend a ton of dough.Personally I think that it is unnecessary.

I think that this niche pays off a little better than SFH's.

I think you could make a shared bath and take out one bath if you wanted to. 

Curious to know if anyone else does the model this current day. 2019 was a different ballgame than todays market for sure and I think the model can work but it's very few and far between where the numbers will make sense in todays market.

I still think they need to upgrade their security for me to trust their system again but at least their customer support was able to sort it out, just took some time.

Think of this;  if the buyer can't qualify for a bank loan,,,, why the heck should you stick your head into a note and mortgate noose??
