"building paper" and no indication of taping the fenestration with Dupont, BlueSkin, etc.In Josh's situation, unless I could find an obvious bit of missing/bad calking under the threshold, I'd pull the door frame out, re-prep and re-install.

We cleaned and painted the entire interior, took all of the floor trim off, had the carpet professionally cleaned then reinstalled the trim.

Hi @Rich Riesmeyer,Another solution would be to re-install drywall, but instead of sitting the first row of sheetrock panels directly on the floor level, lift them up 6-8 inches above floor level to help deter moisture from wicking up from the floor, and install a PVC 1x10 or 1x12 as a baseboard trim at the base of the walls directly on top of the garage floor.

And a large cost is the install, so if you install an old one that doesn't work or gives out shortly, then you just have to pay to reinstall another one.

I would like whoever I get to fix my door to also remove the baseboard, install the new dishwasher, and re-install new baseboard (not blocking the dishwasher in this time haha).
