It's refreshing to hear a more conservative approach to real estate investing than is often addressed.

And a few grand to refresh/repair upon turnover of a bad tenant every now and then.

@Tony Tonev Great advice here in this thread.Thanks for the refresher on how painful SFR and small multifamily RE strategies can be ;-) I think you might be ready for the next level: commercial multifamily real estate (5+ units).

It was refreshing to see the emails from offerpad and open door.

I am looking to do similar and am in the process of educating myself on Japanese Real Estate to do some multi-family investing (to house hack at first, and grow a portfolio beyond). 

You might be a condo expert in Spokane, but if someone wants Farm and Ranch property you could refer that out.....if you have a customer who wants to buy in Tokyo....refer that out to a local Japanese agent.....have a customer who wants to buy a vineyard in Argentina....refer that out to a local vineyard specialist.....

Once you’re in the trenches, you can find all kinds of trainings to refresh you and teach you the things you’ll use the most.

It's always refreshing to find people that are like minded and younger that are chasing their dreams.

To talk to people who are not afraid of the what iffs would be refreshing.
