The folks sitting there watching this guy drive a truck through fake rush hour traffic (oh no, this wasn't an "action" game, it was a "simulation," very realistic) for hours on end?

IE its common in so many areas that the 500k home in Wis sits on a 75k or 100k lot and 300 to 400k is the cost to construct say at 150 to 200 a foot..

They find out very quickly when the place sits for 6 months with no offers.

But you won't realize that until after the fact when you are sitting at home with the 4 books that came with your $45,000 seminar payment and you wondering "What's my next step?"  

There are countless short-term rentals sitting empty there. 

@Preston Dean I personally like to make sure I have a set amount of reserves for each property to cover things, so if you have a pool of funds sitting aside personally I would just earmark a certain amount that you don't touch except for that property (or an emergency).

If there isn’t anything that you can think of, most likely your property will sit on the market as well.

And also you sit down with your lender in person etc..

They look like they are sitting on wooden piers and not on a slab or perimeter foundation.As far as lenders are concerned, that could impact the financing.
