Little background I’ve been buying and selling since for 15 years. Spent a couple years as an LO. Been looking to expand resources from just wholesellers. After speaking with some agents I’m a little confused....

Good afternoon, I am new to real estate and investing.  

But they probably have to diagnose their problems first.So what is the real reason 95% of the people fail in as real estate investors?

OTM = General, overhead/widescreen view of nationwide market tends.BPRE = Detailed ways specific people are making money in real estate.

This is why I am here and love the real world experiences and feedbacks.

Early on in my career, I saw a close frend do something similar.. she borrowed from her circle to finance a rural fixer-upper, then paid them back once she refinanced after the rehab.I’m guessing that massive yard plus the barn is already a big selling point for your tenant, especially with a family that wants a little extra room for animals.
