Someday I need to post about the journey since it was significantly propelled by BP.

My experience in REI thus far has led me to cross paths with many incredible people at all stages of experience in investing but with common traits of integrity, professionalism, ambition and a tendency to place a high value on life-long learning and being of value to others to help propel them toward their own goals. 

Giving the seller 2 or 3 different options often will propel things forward.

We had 2 contractors look at this specific property and one of them said that the mold (mainly in the basement and attic) would need a standard removal plus a coat of this special mold propellent paint (idk if its paint but its some sort of material that prevents mold).

Great inspiration on how action propels us forward!

Looking back, I could have propelled my self a lot further and been much better off if I would have had the guts to borrow hard money 5 years ago.  

One of the guys from Leadpropeller recommended that install this tool to my site. All the site says is to install it into the header. I can't seem to figure it out. Any one else rocking LP that has also added this tool?

I've also heard good things about Wix and Lead Propeller so definitely look into those as well.
