Great product but can be pricey monthly

Theyre great products for self employed borrowers who will not qualify for traditional loans, but there's a premium for that convenience.

However I do go in slow season and I do not put in blocks. 

your pricing is good and your marketing is good, it’s just a slow time and even lowering rent won’t help.

He is now in rent up modeand is at 20% occupancy after 3 months during the slow season.

What is the end product of your effort and where is it located, how long will it take to sell?

Anything requiring court or judicial decisioning is extremely slow. 

Reason being is that it allows you to invest in other products other than they offer, so that's why they don't promote these .
