You get the privilege of overpaying for a property by about 30 percent.Take it from a guy who bought turnkey: don’t.Anyone who tells you different is trying to sell you something.

Sadly, many renters spend lots of money just for the privilege of submitting an application -- I don't believe in that.

Having a CA LLC you will have the privilege of paying an additional $800 charge on your CA return, and you may also owe another $800 fee for both the Texas and Wyoming LLCs if your activity rises to a certain minimal level.If any of these entities are multiple member LLCs they may be taxed as partnerships and its my guess you will need some professional assistance for that.

Just be careful of the companies who want you to write them a check every month for the privilege of being in their office, as the benefits derived may not be worth the price paid.
