HOWEVER, if replacing the roof at the 4plex means that you have to vacate all four units, then that vacancy could be a tougher pill to swallow than if you replaced each of the roofs on the four houses one at a time (thereby only having one unit vacant at a time).Another consideration: small multifam often has better cashflow, but singlefam often has better appreciation.

Lets see how well you will be received, ESPECIALLY when you are the first, immediately after they die, and their corpse is not even cold yet.I feel that people need to stop looking for shortcuts and magic pills and for frogs sake just do the work and make your site credible and focus on providing actual value to your sellers.

We are cleaning out our rental property after finally evicting our tenant (for non-payment of rent) and she left many things behind; including prescription bottles with her name on them for Methadone.

It also has what attorneys like to call a poison pill provision that makes them thik twice before proceeding.

There are websites that will give you a "prescription" for a dog or whatever ridiculous animal you want without ever having seen or talked to you.

Obviously you have to evict them- no one is going to give you a magic pill that solves this problem for you without any drama.

She's also on some very heavy prescription meds and has been seen stumbling and slurring speech.
