@Anthony Politz You have to find out what your VA entitlement is first and then speak with your lender to make sure you do not accidentally use a restoration on your entitlement prematurely.

In Florida prematurely locking out the tenant (as you did) generally will result in damages being awarded to the tenant of 3x the monthly rent if it went to court, prematurely removing their property can also result in another 3x the monthly rent in damages or their actual damages whichever is higher.
