However, if you're looking in the Far North Dallas/Richardson/Plano area, you'll never have the chance to see the properties, before they are already under contract.The final word of advice I will give is that it's seriously unlikely you're going to find anything in a C neighborhood or above - that will cash flow - on the MLS.

For rentals, I'd have to say Arlington, Las Colinas, and Plano/Addison area

Just checking for any referrals for a CPA that is well versed in working with Investor Tax returns in the Plano, TX area.  

For a SFH in Plano TX built in 1979 in recently purchased, it had foundation issue and plumbing issue.

I am looking to buy a few rental properties in north DFW area, that meets 1% rule. Also am looking forward to meeting agents, lenders both conventional and hard money and  investors to network with.  

I am hoping somebody can tell me how many unrelated occupants can be in a house in DFW - let's say Plano, Arlington, Frisco, etcI ask because I am interested in house hacking - currently looking at large homes to accommodate this plan (5-6 BR, 4+ Bath) Any responses appreciated
