You might want to do an online search for brokerages in your area that offer larger commission splits or a flat fee to their agents. 

Just ensure to complete necessary due diligence - this can include, but is not limited to, title search, property inspection, appraisal and/or survey. 

If they don't have reviews after searching that's a bit of risk.

I think you bring up a good point of considering offering higher returns to investors if I have to begin to search outside of my network.But my original question from the post still remains, where would you recommend I search for people interested in an opportunity like this? 

I don't know exactly for sure, but after I call Airbnb CS and have them search for my listing, I get a booking request in the next day or two.
