I just had the situation with a bad tenant, who threw a whole gallon of pink enamel paint against the house.

Chances are he doesn't have pink slips.

So I find out owners do some google searching and see that owner was arrested for selling cocaine, fired arms, and a bunch of cash were seized.

We had been looking for homes and nothing felt quite right until we walked into this house covered in cat hair with purple and pink kitchen cabinets, bright green receptacle covers, etc.

Green and pink are dated and the brown isn’t any better.

I ripped out the 2 inch thick, metal lath/concrete/pink tile walls (that apparently were really popular in this area) so I am going to have to retile the entire shower already anyway. 

One contractor who came out had a little white cigaret looking thing that he rubbed on a board and it turned pink and he said it had lead and would be like 5k to “properly” prep it with 10 foot 6 mil sheeting, having misters going to keep the dust from flying, etc.

I have rebuilt the walls and have coated with redguard (the pink paint), which acts as a waterproof membrane. 

I saw a door that was as pink as your shirt once.

It's like the biker who decides to walk onto the golf course and relieve himself in front of a bunch of beret & pink green knit cardigan-wearing country clubbers who stomp around and hollar about how "tough" they are, he's going to be arrested, this is an outrage, some people....
