While I do not think dressers per se are important, I think a well stocked closet with hangers and some sort of cubes/organizers in the closet can likely do the trick as well.

I can honestly say that I'm not that much of a handyman per se, so understanding what it means from a time standpoint gives me a better picture for sure.

HI Zeek,The good thing about investing in the US is that you can have a fixed loan rate for 30years which is not common in SE Asia or other countries.

If you have sufficient income to max out your fica/se tax, then its really not "hurting" you.
