STR is not dead. ROI as good as it ever has been. An expert agent finds these deals.

This is an amazing opportunity for some lucky buyer to ( or capital group ) to invest in the beautiful Smokey Mnts. 

Not going to say much more here, but I dare say that the critics who say STR is dead or dying are not looking at the right properties and more investors need to lean in on agents like me who are truly experts. Agents who know how to find the deals, evaluate the potential, and provide resources to help make their investment thrive.

Yes, this one is a unicorn and kind of a high PP, but this is a prime example of what works in these areas and will absolutely blow away other RE investments.
