I have some land on the bottom of a mountain and the neighbors wells are only 200 ft deep, not on critical slope and it use to be farm ground with no rock to hammer for foundation/septic so when I eventually build there my costs will be greatly reduced and $130 to $180 a sq ft build cost could be realistic outside the cost of the land.

they are perfectly suited for central wa and or  were small farming towns have plenty of land appreciate the few jobs they bring and columbia river power grid.

I was working with an insurance agent from State Farm and they told me their underwriting process will take 3-5 weeks when we are already 2 weeks into the 30 day contract, so now I am without an insurance provider.

Also, pick a farm area where you get to know that one particular area really well and focus on that in the beginning, also maybe try direct marketing, posting fliers in mailboxes to see if you get any bites.
