Cleveland, Ohio Insurance Agents for Out-of-state Investors
Hi,
Currently I’m under contract on a duplex in Cleveland, Ohio. I was working with an insurance agent from State Farm and they told me their underwriting process will take 3-5 weeks when we are already 2 weeks into the 30 day contract, so now I am without an insurance provider. I reached out to multiple small company insurance agents and they said they cannot give me a quote since I am an out-of-state investor and that underwriting is getting more strict so they don’t want to work with out-of-state real estate investors. Does anyone know of an insurance agent that will work with a real estate investor from California? Thanks in advance!
