I tried FB ads, and got some inquiries but no bookings.It would be nice to have an AI program that would respond to people looking for a certain sized property in your location for certain dates.

It is on 1.2 acres of property in a very nice neighborhood and it has an RV pad that we can rent out for $1500-$2000 per month.

The average rental home price I am looking at is between $175K and $250K for a 3 bedroom house that requires minimal work in a nice neighborhood. 

Seems like it'd be lower maintenance since it's a new build and in a nice area.

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.
