Hello everyone,I’m in the process of replacing the backyard fence at one of my properties in Memphis, TN, and I’m considering upgrading from the current dog ear style to a more modern horizontal cedar wood fence.

I know that everyone's time is valuable so I would love to take you out for a cup of coffee if you are local to Boston or maybe help you with something else like technology, RE and etc.Thank you in advance 

The reason I posted this question is to see if any specific areas could be improved by technology that can help you be better at your business. we don't live in an ideal world, and sometimes the existing tools, may be useful as we are used to using it, but they arent very optimal.The best way to look at it is to see if there are some problem areas that you think if addressed via technology will help you be more efficient and reduce your investment risks. 

I get that you don't want grandma's furniture, but there are lots of modern, good looking furniture out there.

We’re considering painting it black to create contrast and a more modern look.

The more forward-thinking fractional companies are utilizing blockchain technology to automate a lot of the backend to help with this. 

Wanting to lean on some of fellow investors experience when it comes to technology that can help provide leads/ gain some insight into leads.

Older people like this often need a little extra help with technology.
