There may be a mild drop in prices strictly from a supply/lower demand (not many people shopping right now) but I wouldn't expect more then 10-20% or so drop in C areas and in most desirable areas it to just go flat until the lockdown is over.

Italy and new york are already seeing a decrease in new cases this isnt going to be a long term issue and I invest for the long term so view it just as a good buying opportunity for both stocks and real estate.The real mortality rate is also much lower then is being reported due to lack of testing mild cases.

So far the death rate is about 2% of hospitalized patients in China, but there are many more infected who had none or mild symptoms and weren’t hospitalized, so therefore didn’t get counted in the total.
