Since you're only sending a handful, I'd keep it simple "Dear XXXX, I am interested in purchasing 1234 main street, please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Back when I first started looking in early Feb, prices for the exact type of townhome I was looking for have jumped 50K, and it just isn’t feasible for me at the moment.

Bottom line is ON THE SURFACE there doesn’t appear as if there’s enough “ meat on the bone” to make this one worth it.

What is so fascinating for me at the beginning is why on earth any lender would lend their money to them.Every debt agency and lender itself doesn't believe the project would succeed.It's a strange world where the thing that I and you know should not happen in the first place and indeed it happened in the real world.

If it really does work like they say it's a good deal if you have the stomach for remote-renovating, I don't know their markets well enough so I'm not educated enough to say.I'm going to do a little more research on providing loans, I don't think that it's for me at this point but I've never looked into it much.
