If it is a credit/equity line, you could provide a lender letter that the funds are available immediately for funding - and cured any recission period. 

Additionally, you could also check with your insurance provider to confirm there's no active risk and provide that documentation to the lender as reassurance.

So, to the chagrin of some developers it can get a little expensive at times but on the flip side of that coin it provides kind of a firewall so that what ever is being built is being built with a strong intention.

If he’s refusing to provide that, I’d take a close look at your management agreement to see what’s actually required.If he keeps pushing back, that’s a red flag.
