Every now and then though there is an innovator that figures a way to make lemonade out of lemons.For now all I can think of, would be the do it yourself person that wants a low cost, high maintenance rental.

Do they need a diet or am I out of line?

I'd bet that some of them have a diet that consists of cereal, fast food, and heroin.Could you tell them that the stove is not for heating and if you catch it being used as a furnace, you will remove it?

I'm not suggesting you put the family on the PB&J diet or anything extreme.

I highly recommend trying the apps for you phone to relieve stress.One of my friend's wife is hooked on Celexa, Ambien, Xanax, diet coke, and vodka.

It's not just RE, there are signs for diets, yoga classes, Tupperware type parties, all kinds of junk.My opinion is that if someone is willing to break laws intentionally then where do they draw they line in the business dealings, will they do anything else illegal or off color or unethical?
