Lessons learned?

My wife and I have been talking about doing something like this = rental properties, flipping, house hacking, etc. for some time and after we sold our house towards the end of last year (made a good profit) are finally in a position to pursue it.I am super-focused and excited on wanting to learn as much as I can and start this journey to financial freedom.

I’ve been managing commercial real estate for about 10 years and want to start investing in real estate.Outside of real estate, I enjoy golf, live music, hanging out with friends and familyExcited to learn and connect with you all!

Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.
