I don't want to wait another 6 months to get more property through conventional.

I like the idea of live in flips, but it's something that I would wait until the kids are out of high school before I did it.

If after interest rates spiked a buyer waited for them to drop back to 7%, they would have waited 21 years til 1993 for them to get that low again.Hope he isn't holding his breath.

I have multiple applicants that have applied. 2 look promising but both want to wait a month to  move in.

To wait 3 months before acting is crazy!

It has been very challenging and the property sat for 3 months waiting for the claim to be processed.

I think by waiting to last minute to put things together you miss items and year end tax planning becomes problematic.

If the property is in a location that would justify these standards, then wait.
