Adding the current mortgage and utilities would be roughly $1,350 resulting in a profit of $650/mo.That a pretty good amount of profit/cash flow to apply to your mortgage on a larger house.

Given that affordable housing is a national issue it seems that the more pathways to home ownership is a good thing.

The plan is notorious for minimum insurance and they were previously capped at $20M for larger commercial and HOA properties.

Hey @Patrick Braswell  You shouldn't have any issues getting a DSCR loan as long as you have at least 1 borrower who owns 20 to 25% of the property, or if a couple of you can get to that level combined. 

You will be going up against larger operators with bigger budgets and more experience. 

I've had some not happy when I have asked them to split it out.I've tried asking questions to the IRS customer service reps, and didn't have the best luck.While I cannot cite a specific official guidance on this issue, I consider debit cards exempt.

Tenant issues?

So far, no issue other than the biosecurity stuff.

This is a very common issue in parts of Milwaukee and I have done lots of basement reinforcing on our rentals.

I do agree the lack of control is a potential issue.
