Or just leave it Alone because at this point and time, the tenants have completely abandoned and ignored all sources of communication and are guilty of fraud because of Lack of evidence of hardship for nonpayment due to COVID-19 and have FAILED with cooperation to the Landlord as required by the moratorium.

In my mind lack of communication or too slow of communication is just common with these types of investments with many companies..

It sounds like you want their knowledge, but in what areas do you feel you are lacking?  

While I understand this may not be the best time for high demand, the lack of inquiries has been unusually low—something I’ve never experienced before.When I searched for similar rentals in the area, I discovered that my listing does not show up properly.

I do have some of his early information but I find that when people sell a lot of products they tend to be lacking.

The neighbor house is for sale , just lacking the capital at the moment.
