I don't know if that model is really something you should be pursuing or a strategy you should be following as you stated!

It is currently rented out to standard tenants but I am interested in potentially converting to a care home model. I

I have not bought anything from them, but I see their deals all the time.Most of them way over priced.I think their model is buy dirt cheap, sell  very high and convince people by offering 3 years rent guarantee. 

We have one rental home that has been in stagnation mode for almost 10 months.

Their model is pretty straight forward.

I utilize Roku's guest mode, which allows guests to enter their own information and automatically logs them out upon departure.

Or, is there other typical arrangement when you work with realtors under this mode.

I am in survival mode and hopefully things go as planned you are right, it’s really a game of who can screw up less than who can hit the jackpot most, I guess I got cocky and put 10k without inspection think that’s a sure thing
