Just to add on the endless possibilities mentioned above, you can be a consultant on ADA regulations for senior living homes or specialty home to accommodate the disabled.

You will need to make the entire property ADA compliant to get wheelchairs up stairs, to get wheelchairs through every doorway inside the house and you need bathrooms large enough so wheelchairs can get to the toilets and sinks..You need shower stalls large enough you can roll a wheelchair inside.

Actually, it does fall under Federal ADA requirements...Section 8 is irrelevant.You DO have to allow them to make modifications at their own expense, and YOU need to evaluate their specific request and make a determination if YOU can "reasonably" make/afford the accommodation requested.
