This whole area is a concrete jungle so you can image the amount of water entering the sanitary system. 

Maybe even some desert friendly plants/cactus to give it visual appeal - things that don't require maintenance perhaps? 

There are paint for cements paints that have colors that’s close to cement color.And adding greens vines will make it look like u have greens in ur cement jungle.

Buying in an area you know nothing about is like going into the African jungle without a guide.

I think we've all been there to some degree in our immaturity and especially in  our youth, simply lacking wisdom of how predators in the jungle seek and snag their prey.
