There probably should be negative CAP rates though, for the midwest, F class, multifamily pigs that produce negative NOI and should pay somebody to take off their hands if not for the newbs from CA who think they hit the jackpot in finding such a "great deal" by buying a property for less than some pay for a car. 

To reply to someone specifically, hit the @ symbol at the beginning of your message, start to type their name, and click on their name as it pops up. 

Tech question - how do I get the @ symbol in front of people's names so that they know when I reply to their posts??  

@Michael Heal , to get the @mention thing to work properly, you have to do more than just type the name after the @ symbol... you have to start typing the name (or just a ?)

@Michael Wolffs , to tag someone who has already commented in the thread, you type in the @ symbol followed by a ? 

@Robert P. and @MIchael Rickerd for some reason my previous post from a few minutes ago did not capture your names with the @ symbol, so I'm adding this post to bring your attention to my previous post.

Perhaps it was just a symbolic way of 'repaying' the boyfriend that slashed the cushions...and-- cheaper than therapy!

When I was in the military, in boot camp, the company commanders had an answer to questions that we asked them, and it went something like this:"Not only No, but $%#% No".You can replace the symbols in your mind.
