Don't forget, the RE will be one cost, but certifications, FDA approvals, nutritional stuff and all the inspections....it will take you a year or two before you can sell anything....I recommend go to a white label production companies and ask them to produce your batches....they will have 99% of the stuff ready, and the remaining stuff like nutritional certifications and labeling, etc., they will already have lots of experience with and they will be able to walk you through it.

Historically, at least what I've looked at, real estate cycles tend to go at 18 year intervals, with being 8 years or so since the last correction, I am just confused as to why there seems to be a consensus on the topic.

Since there is such a short interval between the Sheriff Sale in November and the Tax Sale in December, I would STRONGLY suspect that the Sheriff deed to the bank was not recorded yet and the Tax Sale notice, if any to the owner went to the previous owner before the Sheriff Sale. 

Sounds like it does what I need- maybe you can let me know if it does these things: Guesty does but for 3% - Can add in different properties on AirBnB, VRBO that have different log ins (All my owners have their own accounts) - Sends out email to renters once booked that can also include their keycode (last 4 of phone number) as well as a link to house instructions and rules - or a set PDF- Sends email to cleaners once  booked  (each property has a different cleaner) so hopefully can set per property- Historic pricing- so I can go back to Jan 2 2014 and see what was charged then- Email list so I can export to mail chimp or use theirs to send out specials- Sends a thank you / follow up email after they check out- or whatever interval/ date I choose.

Cap ex for more significant repairs or scopes that are recurring, but not necessarily on even intervals.
