Unfortunately, Covid decided to change my plans, and I made the decision to hold off, in hindsight it was a huge mistake and no one could have imagined that property values could have increased at such a high rate.

The injunctions may disappear quickly, and you will be required to file or face heavy fines and penalties for noncompliance.Be safe and file is our recommendation, file all your Corporations and LLCs now.We will keep you informed about this.

That said, I wouldn't let projecting rates factor into my decision as much as whether or not you want to pull the extra $$ out.

So any information will be very much appreciated.  

I put it in my information when guest are booking, that they will be required to provide their email and sign an emailed(I use DocHub) to sign the rental agreement/Golf cart waiver.

The short version is, the content and conclusions in a mortgage appraisal are not the the types of content and conclusions a buyer needs to make an informed decision.
