Its currently owned by a non profit and they have indoor climate controlled storage units in place and rented, a store front with tenant in place, a vacant and gutted second floor that could be finished and rented (probably about 2000-2500sqft) and a banquet hall with full kitchen and bar that has a max cap.

They don’t seem to have outdoor cameras, just a rubber kit you put over the indoor camera.

I am thinking about strategically placing cameras in some vulnerable areas both indoors and outdoors.

So today just ask them like ALL SMOKERS IN CA its illegal to smoke in doors .. we are not talking about adverse weather at any time of the year. 

I had a major indoor fly problem one time and I finally discovered that the source was the garbage disposal that had old food it in but had not been run in a while.

I do have experience managing gas stations and operations management with other service industrys.also with the location and land included  i feel not only with indoor store sales but the use of the property for other sales opportunities this would be a good begining to my business portfolio. my problem is im a new guy llc  , i do not know where to start for funding..can i use the business/land  as collateral for the loan?

It's not my business model, but having anyone live outdoors like an animal in the USA when they hand out Section-8 to illegals upon arrival is a hard pill to swallow.They need to sort the homeless into short term vs. forever types.Steer the help to the short-term helpable when they need it, and publicly house the "more eccentric" types out in the county away from civilization.Maybe have a poor farm where they can plant gardens to feed themselves if they are able...something to keep them busy.It would give all of them someplace to live indoors at least.This street begging/tents on sidewalks thing is Un-American.Just my 2 cents

May need to replace the indoor fan capacitor on the one with low airflow.

I have a family in door #1 renting a SFH from me since June .

Whether they are indoor or outdoor cats, they are still a pet.
