Austin was not, is not, and never will be immune to the downturns in global real estate markets. 

So its not immune like any other real estate..

Just like any other asset class retail is not immune to buying the wrong lease structures, wrong location, wrong tenant type, etc.

Higher education will not, unfortunately, bestow immunity to the deficiencies of the human brain.

Eastern CO has definitely not been immune to the inventory issues we are all seeing!

Why are people being forced to wear masks which without question will WEAKEN your immune system and WORSEN your breathing/respiratory status?

Are these immune from regulation? 

I just wish the tables could be turned and these tenants that are commiting all kinds of crimes beyond just overstaying would finally be facing charges like fraud, extortion, terroristic threats, assault, etc...you know, the kinds of things that landlords get threatened with when they want to throw the book at one, but somehow tenants seem to be immune from.
