If the person is another investor and is asking to get a feel for my experience, I will tell them exactly as there is a purpose behind the question and my answer.I find it common both here on BP and at networking functions, that people feel the need to exaggerate to give the illusion of wealth, experience, or just to brag.

We are under no illusion that this a get rich quick deal and are really interested in learning from the ground up.At this point, I guess it would be helpful to learn where to find local 'investor friendly' allies like a title company, attorney and RE agent.

I don't think she has any illusions about the time required, she knows she needs to find a broker to work with and market like crazy.Honestly, I think she has what it takes, she is a born seller, I am a bit worried about how much she will enjoy the nuts and bolts of contracts, financing terms, etc, but I think she'll be good at that too.What do you think about online real estate agent courses like californialicense.com?
