What would you say is the hottest place overseas to invest?

If you're like me, I like to stay honest, I actually hate lying I can't keep it up so I just go out and pick the hottest deals that really exist and send buyers there, 95% chance they will not make an offer but you have the buyer now in your database and they feel that you are tried and true, you came through, you weren't just a sales pitch.

The hottest in the country right now actually.

For me it wasn’t so much about what the market had as far as inventory or how hot it wasn’t (the market I’m in according to realtor.com was in the top ten hottest markets in the country last summer) it was about connections and knowledge I had about the market itself and with real estate professionals in the area.

I found a deal in Euclid Ohio one of the hottest areas to invest in for rentals in the Cuyahoga County.
